Job Description: As an SHE Associate, you'll work closely with operational and business teams across Warton and Samlesbury, helping to manage risk, support compliance and promote a positive Safety, Health & Environmental culture. This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to manufacturing, engineering and business operations, with opportunities to make a real impact every day. Core duties: Provide professional SHE advice and support across operational and functional areas Lead and support accident and incident investigations, identifying opportunities for improvement Support risk assessment activities and promote effective risk management practices Assist with SHE assurance activities, audits and compliance requirements Produce and maintain SHE performance data, reports and management information Support the implementation and maintenance of SHE management systems and standards Essential Skills: NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health (or equivalent qualification) Experience providing Safety, Health & Environmental support within a business environment Good understanding of hazard identification and risk management principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Experience supporting incident investigations and SHE improvement activities Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced operational environment The SHE team: You'll join a supportive team of SHE professionals responsible for maintaining high safety, health and environmental standards across our sites.
