We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to
join our collaborative Marketing team. This role is responsible for providing
administration, coordination, and operational support across a broad range of
marketing activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships
with stakeholders. You will gain exposure to a variety of marketing channels,
internal teams, wealth managers, suppliers, and business partners, providing
valuable insight into a leading wealth management business.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Support, Workflow Management & Administration
• Act as a key point of contact for incoming branch and business marketing
requests.
• Coordinate financial promotions reviews and liaise with stakeholders,
including Compliance.
• Manage the marketing inbox, ensuring requests are organised, allocated, and
responded to effectively.
• Track and manage workflows, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines.
• Own key administrative processes including status reporting, invoice
management, event calendars, awards tracking, and expense monitoring.
• Produce monthly KPI reporting relating to marketing activity and workflow
management.
• Provide guidance and support to branches on marketing best practices.
• Review marketing materials and stationery to ensure brand consistency and
compliance.
• Provide ad hoc support with the design, formatting, and production of
marketing collateral.
Events Coordination
Support the planning and delivery of a wide range of events, including:
• Raymond James Annual Forum
• Raymond James hosted and co-hosted events
• Industry conferences and networking events
• Internal colleague events
Responsibilities include:
• Event logistics and administration.
• Managing and maintaining event management platforms.
• Developing event timelines, calendars, and checklists.
• Coordinating invitations, reminders, and attendee communications.
• Managing registrations and reporting attendance data.
• Liaising with venues, catering providers, and suppliers.
• Coordinating event branding and marketing materials.
• Maintaining GDPR-compliant communication and distribution lists.
• Supporting attendee experience before, during, and after events.
• Gathering feedback and producing post-event reporting and analysis.
Marketing Materials & Communications
• Support the production and maintenance of client-facing and internal
marketing materials.
• Ensure all materials reflect Raymond James brand guidelines and messaging.
• Assist with content creation, proof-reading, image sourcing, and
distribution.
• Maintain and manage GDPR-compliant communication databases.
• Support marketing design requirements using internal tools or external
agencies.
• Maintain branded templates for presentations, reports, and other business
documents.
• Assist in keeping marketing materials up to date, accurate, and relevant.
Promotional Items & Brand Assets
• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of promotional merchandise and
branded materials.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.
• Research and source new promotional products, considering budget,
sustainability, and lead times.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective
ordering processes.
• Help ensure all branded items remain aligned with corporate guidelines.
Digital Channels
• Maintain and update marketing content across the company intranet.
• Ensure digital content remains accurate, engaging, and relevant.
• Support updates to branch websites where required.
• Assist with monitoring and administering company social media channels,
including LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain digital content indexes and online resources.
Supplier & Vendor Management
• Support the administration of supplier and third-party relationships.
• Maintain contract records, timelines, invoices, and service documentation.
• Monitor service levels and contract renewals.
• Ensure supplier information is managed accurately and efficiently.
Compliance & Governance
• Work closely with Compliance and Branch Supervision teams to support the
approval of financial promotions.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow internal policies, regulatory
requirements, and agreed processes.
