The Role… At Soho House, the  F&B Manager   will hold a central leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the daily operation to ensure a consistently exceptional experience for members, guests, and staff. With a strong focus on service delivery, team management, operational excellence, and upholding the Club’s brand values, the Club Manager acts as the on-site lead across departments—hospitality, facilities, member services, and events. As a visible and approachable leader, you will inspire your team to uphold the Club’s culture of discretion, sophistication, and attentiveness, while maintaining a profitable, safe, and well-organised environment. Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career Key duties… • Ensure that hourly employees are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job • Lead engaging training sessions on Soho House food and drink programs through storytelling, demos, and initiatives like “Cook House,” “House Tonic,” and “Club School.” • Collaborate across departments to ensure every guest interaction is seamless, aligned with brand expectations, and delivered with consistency. • Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs, participating in interviews, and evaluating candidates alongside People & Development. • Oversee onboarding and development of new team members, ensuring the floor team is confident, polished, and guest-focused. • Be visible on the floor and engaging with the members gaining feedback and noting any comments through the reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and front of house team • Ensuring that members and guests have a great experience and resolving any issues before they depart • Contact person for all staff for any requests and problems and being responsible and pro-active in problem solving • To ensure that the club team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform in accordance with site and company standards • Ensure the menus are updated monthly and are correct at time of printing, adhere to GM’s deadlines for menu printing • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently What we are looking for... • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure • Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests • Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School • Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed • Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
