Overview MONCLER is currently looking for a Full-Time Stock Controller to join our Team at New Bond Street on a fixed-term contract (September to December). The successful Stock Controller will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate stock inventory levels, by ensuring correct processes are followed. The Stock Controller, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results and contributing also to the team targets. Your Impact Operations activities: Ø To deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring, as a primary mission, that products are always and timely available for Clients, Ø Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to Clients, Ø To participate in all necessary operative activities to ensure store efficiency, Ø To deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stock room maintenance, Ø To ensure counts are regularly conducted and any discrepancies are reported to your line manager, Ø To support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities, Ø To ensure that company policies, procedures and standards are adhered to at all times. Business activities: Ø To support colleagues in charge of providing the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, when required. Ø Actively cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories; Team working activities: Ø To collaborate with the store team and to be engaged in Moncler’s vision and mission in order to strengthen Company’s Community and to work in a full integrated manner on a global scale, improving organisation and driving innovation as a team.
