JOB TITLE: Sales Advisor LOCATION: Crawley CONTRACT: Part Time, Permanent HOURS: 4hrs PAY RATE: £11.60 - £12.96 Join the Apricot team! We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our retail team. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect pieces, share your product knowledge and create a welcoming environment that makes every customer feel valued. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative store team, helping to keep the store looking its best while contributing to our sales and overall store performance. What you’ll be doing Providing a friendly and welcoming experience to every customer Helping customers find products that suit their individual needs and style Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance Taking ownership of your responsibilities and completing tasks to a high standard Keeping the shop floor well presented and maintaining our brand standards Supporting with deliveries, replenishment, stock takes and other store operations Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the store, including the stockroom and back-of-house areas Following all company policies and operational procedures, including health and safety requirements Taking part in training and development opportunities to build your knowledge and skills Working collaboratively with your colleagues and supporting the wider store team What we’re looking for You don’t need to have previous fashion retail experience — what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who is: Passionate about delivering great customer service Interested in fashion and our brand Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers A positive and supportive team player Motivated and willing to learn Flexible and adaptable Organised and able to manage multiple tasks Reliable and takes pride in their work Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their store and wants to help create a great experience for every customer.
