The role What are we looking for? • Demonstrates the ability to lead the successful delivery of large, complex workplace pension schemes, managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders and competing priorities to achieve positive client outcomes. • Provides strong leadership in transforming and developing the Workplace Implementation team, ensuring the function continues to evolve, adapt and build capability in line with changing client, commercial and operational needs. • Applies a customer-centric approach to solving complex challenges, using sound judgement, strategic thinking and collaboration to identify practical solutions that balance client requirements with business objectives. • Builds high-performing teams that drive continuous improvement, promote innovation and deliver consistently high standards of service, governance and implementation excellence. • Demonstrates strong knowledge of the corporate workplace pensions market, supported by a high level of technical expertise and the ability to apply that knowledge effectively in practice and in New Business pitches We want to hire the whole version of you.
