What you’ll be doing:
• Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent
customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the
collection counter
• Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide
details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process
refunds
• Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from
deliveries
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide
advice on a wide range of products
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help
provide recommendations

experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect
their online orders.
Eligibility:
• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including
weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your
availability and may vary from week to week.
