Cassandra Goad, a contemporary fine jewellery brand with a heritage of over 40 years, creates luxurious jewels that tell personal stories inspired by her travels. As the brand celebrated its 40th anniversary last year, there is an exciting opportunity for a Fine Jewellery Junior Client Advisor to join this dynamic team. This role is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in the luxury retail environment while engaging with the artistry of fine jewellery.
The Fine Jewellery Junior Client Advisor will work closely with the team at the boutique located on the prestigious Sloane Street in London. In this role you will learn the fundamentals of delivering excellent customer service and support the sales team while assisting in the daily operations of the boutique. The successful candidate will gain insight into the luxury retail environment and the operational aspects of a fine jewellery brand.
Main activities / responsibilities
Assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer service
Learn about the brand's product offerings, gemstones, and collection storytelling
Help maintain the boutique’s appearance and merchandising standards
Support e-commerce operations and customer follow-up
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and inventory management
Participate in client events and help with photo shoots

Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Word and Excel
Some retail experience or educational background in fashion/luxury preferred, but not required
Organised, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work collaboratively within a small team
Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a luxury boutique
