This is a rare opportunity to shape the data agenda for easyJet's Corporate domain while helping build a modern, domain-led Data and Analytics function. You'll work at the centre of business and technology, influencing priorities, coordinating delivery and ensuring data investments deliver measurable value.
THE TEAM

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities, shape data products and ensure the domain benefits from the full capability of the central Data and Analytics function.
What you'll be doing:
Defining and owning the Corporate data strategy and roadmap, aligned to business objectives and the wider data transformation programme
Building and managing a portfolio of data initiatives with clear value outcomes across efficiency, risk, compliance and reporting
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior Corporate stakeholders and representing the data agenda at leadership level
Translating business requirements into data products, analytics opportunities and actionable delivery plans

Driving prioritisation, capacity planning and value tracking across a complex portfolio
Embedding data governance, quality and compliance standards within the domain
Supporting business stakeholders in developing stronger data ownership and product management behaviours
Building strong relationships across domains to identify dependencies, unlock opportunities and drive consistency
Contributing to the broader Data and Analytics community by sharing best practice and raising standards

You'll be a credible and influential data leader with a strong track record of delivering business value through data and analytics.
We're particularly interested in candidates who bring:

Experience working within matrixed environments where resources are shared across multiple priorities
Familiarity with modern cloud-based data platforms, ideally including Databricks and technologies such as Azure, AWS or GCP
Understanding of data governance, data product thinking and domain-led operating models
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
A pragmatic, outcome-focused approach and confidence working in ambiguity
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
Up to 30%25 maximum bonus
PMI
7%25 pension contributions
Excellent staff travel benefits
25 days of annual leave + bank holidays
Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
