Here’s what you’ll be up to: Owning your section – managing mise-en-place, service and standards with precision, pride, and consistency. Supporting and guiding junior chefs, offering mentorship, sharing knowledge, and helping raise the standard across the brigade. Collaborating with senior chefs on menu development, dish refinement, and adapting to seasonal ingredients or guest preferences. Upholding the highest hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring full compliance with HACCP, Saeker, and hotel policies. Managing stock, portion control and wastage within your section to support food cost targets and efficient kitchen operations.
