As a participant in our 12-month Corporate Placements Programme in the
Procurement & Supply Management Department, you’re not just gaining hands-on
experience at our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Headquarters in Watford
– you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by contributing to the

• Location: At our EMEA Headquarters in Watford, with some flexibility
depending on team and business need. You will benefit from

Our Placement Opportunity
You will experience all areas of the UK&I Procurement and Customer Engagement.
This will include customer support, data management, system training and system
delivery to our customers, procurement programme management and cross functional
activities.
Customer Engagement Support
• Assist in creating monthly and quarterly business reviews for HSM key
customers.
• Assist with onboarding new HSM customers.
• Research enquiries on product availability, pricing, specifications, produce
usage and recommendations as requested.
UK&I Procurement Support
• Work with multiple data streams to evaluate supplier information and
performance.
• Support management of e-Procurement systems.
• Assist with onboarding new suppliers, including e-Procurement systems and
supplier orientation.
• Support maintenance of property and supplier lists.
• Support tender activities, including building tender activities, maintaining
the tender process and analysis of results.
• Support tracking and reporting on Responsible Sourcing initiatives.
Administrative & Support Activities
• Build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate and provide project and general admin support to the HSM team.
• Produce ad-hoc presentations.
• Attend departmental meetings pertinent to work assignments.
• Assist with scheduling of meetings, including preparation of support
materials.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values in addition to the
following criteria:
• A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
• A current bachelor’s or master’s student completing a degree that includes a
required 12-month year in industry placement.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar is
preferred.
• Availability to begin full-time employment on 5th July 2027, for a full-time
12-month placement.
• You must have the independent right to work in the UK for the full duration
of the 12-month placement. Please note that this role is not eligible for
visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, so we are unable to consider
applications from candidates who would require sponsorship. If you hold a
visa or status that allows you to work in the UK full-time without
sponsorship (e.g. Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status, where a 12-month work
placement is a permitted, required & assessed part of your UK University
degree, or other independent work permissions), you are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in Procurement & Supply
Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced
environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Proficient in Excel with the ability to learn new programmes such as
eProcurement and CRM tools.
• Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge in the creation of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
