Trainee Cash Management Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity to start your career in our Pensions Administration Accounts Team as a Trainee.
Who are the department and what is the role?
Working within the Pensions Administration Department, supporting the Cash Management team in delivering an efficient, accurate and responsive service to LCP clients and their members.
As you develop and grow at LCP and move on from the trainee role there will be new and exciting opportunities in the future.
What will you be doing?
Complete routine, date driven activities, including processing beneficiary and third-party payments and performing bank reconciliations;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems.
Respond to queries from colleagues, partners, clients and third-party organisations via telephone and other communication channels.
Provide general support to the team and contribute to ad-hoc projects as required.
What skills, qualities and experience do you need for this role?
Educated to 'A' level, degree level or equivalents
Numerate, accurate and detail orientated
Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work under your own steam but also to be a strong team player, capable of multi-tasking and fluctuating workloads. The ability to organise and manage your workloads is vital!
A high standard of professionalism is required at all times
