Overview Have you got great people skills, a curious mindset and a desire to build a successful career in business? At WD-40 Company, we're looking for a Sales Executive Apprentice to join our UK Trade Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, account management and customer engagement while working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues who will help you develop the skills, confidence and commercial understanding needed to build a successful sales career. Responsibilities In this role, you'll work directly with customers, helping to grow sales and build strong relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You'll: Speak regularly with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities Support sales campaigns and promotional activities Learn how to manage customer accounts and build lasting partnerships Analyse sales data and identify ways to grow product distribution Support new business opportunities through research and prospecting Maintain customer records and CRM systems Collaborate with experienced sales professionals across the business This role offers real responsibility from day one, with plenty of opportunities to learn and develop. Qualifications We'd love to hear from you if you are: An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships Curious and eager to learn new skills Organised and able to manage your time effectively Confident using technology and data to solve problems Motivated, proactive and willing to take ownership of your development Interested in sales, business and customer relationships Previous sales experience isn't required. We're looking for potential, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
