As a part of the kitchen team, you will be the face of the team mainly on front
of house duties serving and selling food and refreshments. You will also help to
lead the way in providing healthy meals and maintaining a clean kitchen and
service area environment and undertaking routine checks such as stock taking and
around hygiene and cleanliness.
There will be chances also to show off your culinary skills by suggesting a menu
item and even cooking it yourself.
We are looking for candidates who have:
• Creativity, with flare for good presentation of food, ensuring it is
attractive to those with an appetite for our food.
• A professional approach to food management, food hygiene and good customer
skills.
• Initiative to plan, prioritise and work with minimal supervision and work
independently.
