We are searching for motivated and driven individuals to help steer our team in an exciting period of growth. You’ll be responsible for: Owning all aspects of the planning process including the integrated programme, critical paths, client programmes and the analysis and acceptance of contractor programmes. Ensuring cost loading of programmes to the appropriate level of cost and progress capture. Analysing contractor programmes and provide feedback to project management including run rates, schedule risks and mitigation measures/opportunities. Ability to lead all aspects of contractual management for programme related events. Directing key assignments, strengthen planning performance, and ensure effective project scheduling and monitoring. Supporting strategic development, due diligence, and sustainable business growth. Fostering collaboration, share best practice, and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. You’ll need to have: Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes in the nuclear sector. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
