About the Role You’ll will be working in, Business Partnering & Performance Management Be the trusted business partner for RM procurement team  Prepare bridges, scorecards and presentations with meaningful insights Challenge business assumptions and proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve performance Perform scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses to support strategic sourcing and operational decisions Provide financial expertise in business case development to RM procurement Cost forecasting, Analysis & Support margin steering Design, develop and maintain forecasting models Perform variance analysis, impact analysis and cost estimations Perform monthly closing processes in a cross functional environment Support spread margin steering by providing cost drivers and sensitivity Act as a trusted advisor by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights Continuous Improvement initiatives Drive initiatives that improve RM cost transparency and forecast accuracy Support finance transformation and automation initiatives across the organization   About You   Something that will help you excel in the role,  Education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4-6 years of relevant experience in business controlling preferably within the manufacturing or metals industry  Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to connect business activity to financial impact  Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting and performance management Excellent analytical, financial modelling and  problem-solving capabilities Proven experience in business partnering and influencing stakeholders Effective communication, presentation, and data storytelling  skills    What We Offer: A meaningful role in a company committed to sustainability and innovation.
