Overview Regional Performance Account Manager We are hiring a Regional Performance Account Manager to join Starcom's Constellation team, supporting one of the world's most recognised brands, Samsung. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape digital performance strategy across 26 European markets, working alongside talented specialists across media, data, technology and client teams. You'll play an important role in connecting markets, sharing best practice, and delivering innovative solutions that drive meaningful business growth. Responsibilities What you'll be doing: Build trusted relationships with regional stakeholders, local market teams, media partners and Samsung client contacts across Europe. Support the planning and delivery of regional digital performance campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution and reporting. Gather and share market insights, trends and best practices to help improve performance across multiple markets. Collaborate with channel specialists to develop playbooks, toolkits and learning resources that support innovation and adoption of new opportunities. Act as a key connector across the Constellation network, bringing teams together to solve challenges and share expertise. Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations that support business objectives. Partner with cross-functional and cross-agency teams to deliver strategic projects that create value for Samsung and the wider business. Qualifications Skills we're looking for: Experience working within a media, digital or agency environment supporting regional or international clients. Strong understanding of digital performance marketing and how channels work together to achieve outcomes. Ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into practical recommendations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and markets. A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Experience with performance marketing channels such as Paid Search, YouTube, Meta or TikTok is beneficial but not essential.
