Job role: Deputy Headteacher  Closing Date: 12pm (noon) Tuesday 13th October 2026  Interviews: Tuesday 20th October 2026 Start Date: 1st January 2027  Leadership Scale: L8-L12 (Inner London) We are looking for a leader who:  • Has a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education and a commitment to promote the Catholic ethos throughout the whole school community  • Is a current senior leader who has the skills, energy, drive and passion required to develop and secure the very best outcomes for all of our pupils • Is an experienced, well-qualified teacher who knows what excellent teaching looks like and how to develop it in others  • Is reflective and focused on all children, with high expectations of their learning and behaviour • Will inspire, challenge and encourage staff to help us build on and continue to develop our vision for our school  • Will nurture a strong, caring ethos and is committed to continuing and developing the effective partnerships with the local parish, families, governors, community, Diocese and the Local Education Authority  • Is a leader with a proven track record of whole school impact.  We can offer you:  • A welcoming school community with a strong Catholic ethos • Enthusiastic, well-motivated children who thrive on learning • A team of hard-working, dedicated and caring staff  • A supportive Governing Body who work in partnership with the Headteacher  • A strong partnership with parents, parish and the community • A commitment to CPD with an excellent opportunity to develop as a leader.
