Students will assist ICLC staff with the daily operations of the office and take
initiative on a variety of projects. Some tasks may include:
• Content creation and social media strategy: Creating Instagram stories,
posting on the grid, filming videos, etc. Assist with the development of
ideas for posts and any strategies for engagement.
• Video editing: Assist with putting together short videos for Reels or website
content. Knowledge of video editing in Premiere Pro is very useful, but not
required
• Writing and blogging: Research events and attractions for the weekly
newsletter.
• General office operations: Assist ICLC Staff with general administrative
duties (e.g. returning library books, routine building checks, answering door
etc.).
• Other tasks as assigned
Familiarity with design applications such as Canva, Photoshop, and Premier Pro
is preferred. Knowledge of relevant social media trends is also desirable.
The position is open to students on a ‘student’ visa, or those who hold a
current UK or Irish passport. Must have an available period of time in their
schedule from 9am-5:15pm Monday through Thursday. The ICLC building is closed on
Fridays. Pay rate: $
