Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join an enthusiastic team supporting the department in our Water Treatment business with the UK’s number one testing, inspection and compliance company. Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Water Treatment. We are now looking for a Contracts Administrator – Fixed-Term Contract to maintain the administration around contracts. This is a fixed-term position to provide maternity cover until mid-August 20 27. Your challenge will include: Setting up PPM contracts accurately on internal system, ensuring accuracy at all times Following up on, and managing any queries around contracts Filing of service reports following contract visits Liaising with higher management on account manager allocations Managing contract related trackers, such as pending renewals and lost contracts Responsible for uploading documents to our portal system Raising invoices for contracts on internal system Providing excellent customer service to all clients General administration support to the office and Management team Qualifications To be a successful Contracts Administrator, you should be able to demonstrate: Strong, confident communication skills Ability to learn new systems and processes Proactive attitude Previous administration experience Previous experience working in an office environment Organisational skills Microsoft Office skills – particularly Excel and Outlook Have great investigative and problem solving skills Additional Information Why SOCOTEC?
