We’re on the hunt for a valiant CurseForge Content Moderator to join our team and help keep our modding platform safe, engaging, user-friendly, and fun.
As our Moderation Maestro, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities, from ensuring the quality of content across the platform to assisting creators with questions and improving the overall user experience.

Responsibilities
Ensure the CurseForge project library maintains high standards of quality, appropriateness, and safety
Review, approve, reject, or provide feedback on mods and add-ons in accordance with content, EULA, and ToS policies
Supporting the CurseForge authors in a variety of technical issues and concerns
Collaborate with Support, R&D, QA, and other teams to address daily operational challenges
Verify files
Respond to creator inquiries across multiple communication channels
Forge a lasting alliance between mighty orcs and puny humans
Requirements
Eligibility to work in the UK
At least 2 year of experience in user support in technical fields
Previous experience in a technology environment
Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
Strong communication skills, patience, and a can-do attitude
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a track record of independently driving projects to completion
Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to apply policies, consider business context, and exercise sound judgment
Bonus points:
Solid understanding of different file types and folder structures
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, Lua, or others
A Minecraft player
