Job Role Do you enjoy supporting others to succeed? Are you passionate about helping people overcome barriers and create positive change?As a Volunteer Coordinator, you will recruit, train and manage a team of volunteers who provide valuable support to people serving community sentences and individuals transitioning from prison. You'll ensure volunteers are fully prepared, supported and confident in their roles, enabling them to make a positive difference to the people they work with.We're particularly interested in hearing from people who have experience of leading teams, coaching or training others, and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
