We are thrilled to have our partnership with Technology and the launch of our performance gym, which features state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technologies designed to introduce an innovative approach to fitness and healthier living while also improving golfers' performance. If you are a qualified coach or personal trainer with a passion for fitness and lifestyle, and you demonstrate high energy, professionalism, and a sincere dedication to achieving results, we want to hear from you. We are particularly interested in candidates with certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Spin, HIIT/Circuits, Mobility & Recovery, Small Group/ Personal Training, or Golf Fitness/Performance. We invite all enthusiastic individuals committed to fitness and lifestyle coaching to join us for a discussion. Complete daily gym-floor duties, including opening and closing checks, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, returning equipment and weights to their correct locations, and ensuring the gym remains tidy and safe. Deliver high-quality one-to-one and small-group coaching sessions. Create tailored training programmes, monitor performance and track client progress. Build strong relationships with members and support engagement, retention and follow-up. Regularly inspect gym equipment, report faults or maintenance concerns promptly, and prevent unsafe equipment from being used. Maintain a visible presence on the gym floor, welcome members, offer assistance and provide guidance on the safe and effective use of equipment. Deliver member inductions, fitness assessments and programme reviews when required. Support the delivery of the class timetable, member programmes, events and other fitness activities as required. Follow all health and safety requirements, site rules and operating procedures. Maintain accurate coaching, client and operational records where required. Represent the brand professionally and provide excellent customer service at all times. Qualified coach/instructor (discipline-relevant certification required). Strong coaching presence: confident, motivating, and client-focused. Reliable, punctual, and well-organised with bookings and session notes. Good understanding of safe training practice and member care. First Aid qualification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Appropriate insurance and right to work documentation
