[https://www.computershare.com/flex] We give you a world of potential We're looking for an experienced Learning Partner to join us on a 12-month assignment supporting a high-profile AI transformation programme. In this role, you'll help shape how learning supports the adoption of AI-powered ways of working across our technology teams, driving capability development and supporting the successful delivery of our AI Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) programme. Based in our Edinburgh office, you'll work closely with leaders, project teams and subject matter experts to build learning solutions that enable business change. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a strategic business initiative and play a key role in preparing our people with the skills needed for the future. We're looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and confident operating in a fast-paced environment, bringing constructive challenge and practical solutions. A role you will love As a Learning Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with stakeholders to understand capability requirements and translate them into impactful learning experiences. You'll combine learning expertise, consultancy and project management skills to deliver solutions that support adoption, performance and business outcomes. Key responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions aligned to business priorities • Design, develop and deliver learning pathways, resources and programmes that support new ways of working • Manage learning initiatives from planning through to implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement • Provide expert consultancy, challenge and recommendations to support programme success • Measure learning effectiveness and use data and insights to enhance outcomes • Support the development of the AI Hub and broader capability-building initiatives What makes this role exciting? • Play a key role in a strategic AI transformation programme • Help shape the future learning approach for a growing area of the business • Work with stakeholders across a global organisation • Combine consultancy, project management and learning expertise in a highly visible role • Make a meaningful impact on the future skills and capabilities of our workforce What will you bring to the role? We're looking for a highly experienced Learning professional who can build credibility with stakeholders, confidently challenge thinking and translate complex business needs into practical solutions. You'll be comfortable working in ambiguity, able to adapt to changing priorities and focused on delivering measurable results. You'll bring: • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Learning Business Partnering or Learning Consultancy • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, change or strategic business programmes • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills • Expertise in learning design, delivery and evaluation • Strong project management, communication and facilitation skills • The ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced environment Desirable: • Experience supporting technology, digital or AI-related programmes • Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts • Professional Learning & Development qualification or equivalent experience This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning Partner who wants to contribute to a business-critical programme and help shape how capability development supports the future of the organisation.
