About the Role Borough Kitchen is looking for an outgoing and friendly full-time Sales Associate with a genuine passion for food and cooking to join our store. The ideal candidate will enjoy sharing their knowledge and delivering second-to-none advice and customer service. What you’ll be doing Delivering an excellent, welcoming and personal customer experience Understanding customers’ needs and confidently recommending the right products Building lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits Developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training Replenishing stock and identifying selling trends and low-stock items Maintaining excellent store standards, displays and merchandising Processing purchases, arranging deliveries and providing after-sales service Introducing customers to our wider range, including special orders and our online shop Please note: Weekend and bank holiday availability is required. December is our busiest trading month, so we ask our team to plan annual leave outside of December wherever possible.
