Explore limitless opportunities across 5000 hotels in over 100 countries Participate actively in initiatives to build a more inclusive and sustainable world And many more benefits and perks A competitive salary Pension Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Staff Uniforms Provided Learning programs through our Academies Job Description Manage the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to deliver excellent service Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, presentation, and hygiene Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to feedback and complaints Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and departmental performance Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs Monitor stock levels, purchasing, wastage, and inventory control Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and efficient service Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, licensing, and company policies Manage F&B budgets and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets Analyse sales, costs, and performance reports and implement improvements where required Support menu development, promotions, events, and new F&B initiatives Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure value for money Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across all F&B areas Ensure the team consistently follows company standards and procedures Work closely with senior management and other departments to ensure smooth overall operations Qualifications Previous management experience within Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar environment Strong leadership and team-management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Good understanding of F&B operations, stock control, and cost management Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required Good IT and administrative skills Additional Information We support you to grow and learn every day, making sure that work brings purpose to your life, so that during your journey with us.
