Overview We are recruiting a Marketing Executive to join our Growth team. You will be a key driver in delivering the Growth Strategy, travelling to company sites and events as required, including occasional overnight stays. • Up to £38k, plus a £5k car allowance or company car. What you'll be doing You will be responsible for supporting and delivering a wide range of marketing, communications and content-related activities, including the planning, creation and publication of internal and external communications, management of digital channels, stakeholder engagement, event support and content capture, in line with the company's overarching strategy. • Liaise with the marketing team and various stakeholders across the company to formulate, capture, produce and publish internal and external-facing content in line with our purpose, values, proposition and overarching strategy. • Support Growth team activities and actions inline with team strategy and focus areas. • Manage social platforms, including creation of content and scheduling, working with relevant stakeholder/s to design and implement campaigns where required and ensuring content coordinates with the company’s current activities and growth strategy. • Facilitate events with sourcing and the production of promotional/marketing material, merchandise and photo/video content. • Source and produce merchandise items for staff. • Manage publication accounts, including negotiation of costs and advert/article bookings and work with marketing team and relevant stakeholders to supply professional, relevant and high-quality content. • Collaborate with Growth team to review/revise website and ensure content is up-to-date, relevant and in-line with the company strategy. • Manage and publish content on the website each month for news and case studies. • Manage the collection, creation and publication of high-quality newsletter and direct mail content to be in-line with company activities/strategy. • Provide support to wider team including generation of documents and presentations, reviewing and amending documents and presentations to ensure brand guidelines have been followed and met and supporting with internal campaigns and activities. • Support the business through the planning, capture, production, management and publication of high-quality digital content, including photography and videography obtained through regular site visits and location-based working. This includes maintaining digital asset libraries, supporting stakeholders with content requirements, managing content-related projects, and travelling to company sites and events as required, including occasional overnight stays. Who we’re looking for • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, digital marketing or content creation role. • A marketing qualification or equivalent industry-relevant experience or professional experience. • Experience creating, managing and publishing content across a range of channels, including social media, websites, email marketing and internal communications. • Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications for the creation and editing of marketing and communications materials. • Experience capturing and editing photography and videography content for marketing and communications purposes. • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns and content that support business objectives. • Willing and able to travel to company sites, projects and events to capture content and support business activities. • Full UK driving licence.
