We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to offer the highest standard of service, providing a positive and efficient customer experience by preparing and serving quality food and beverages, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the location. Job Description Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times. To ensure food safety compliance is followed at all times. To be responsible for a specific area or food offering, with flexibility to rotate to a new area if needed. To organise deliveries, checking delivery notes, and reporting any discrepancies. Assisting with clearing tables. Assisting with any team queries , supporting the management team. To carry out daily team briefings and assist with any team queries. To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH. To work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
