About the Role:
Canberra Health Services Facilities Management is seeking an experienced project management professional with a background in building and infrastructure projects to deliver a diverse portfolio of capital infrastructure and minor works projects across CHS facilities.
The Minor Works Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple capital infrastructure projects across Canberra Health Services (CHS), ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets while minimising disruption to services across CHS facilities. The role is accountable for monitoring project performance and providing accurate project reporting, including monthly financial and program updates, to ensure key milestones and performance measures are achieved.
Working within a complex healthcare environment, the position requires effective engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver agreed project outcomes. This includes providing a high level of coordination and interface management between Facilities Management, consultants, contractors, operational support teams and clinical service areas.
