Staff Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse Intensive Care Unit for our client hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, patient-centred nursing care in line with individual care plans and medical directives. Conduct patient assessments, including nursing history, diagnosis, and ongoing evaluation of care needs and outcomes. Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, identifying changes and adjusting interventions as required. Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and hospital policies. Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, supporting patients in daily care activities. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all nursing care and patient interactions. Ensure adherence to infection control, aseptic techniques, and hospital safety protocols. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, communicating updates and escalating concerns appropriately. Support clinical quality, audit, and risk management processes while adhering to professional standards (NMBI guidelines).
