ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Wholesale Admin Assistant to join Finisterre! This role is responsible for ensuring all wholesale administration processes are completed in an accurate and timely fashion to service both internal and external wholesale partners. You will cover the end to end wholesale order management processes including managing order stock allocation, pricing updates, order forms and daily/ weekly communication with wholesale agents. Liaising with operations, buying and merchandising will be important to make sure data is up to date and changes are effectively communicated across various teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure any amends in the Change log are reflected in Wholesale documents and communicated to wholesale accounts/agents in a timely manner
Regular checks of data across wholesale documents to ensure ongoing accuracy
Ensure data accuracy for all orders going out to wholesale customers
Ensuring that the wholesale order tracker is kept up to date with orders going out, stock availability dates and required delivery dates from wholesale partners
Advising the wholesale partners on any discrepancies or amends required on orders
Keeping track of wholesales delivery dates and advising wholesale accounts of any changes
Managing bulk order and replenishment requests with support from Merchandising team
Work with manager to provide updates to wholesale accounts on available stock for in season repeat orders keeping wholesales stock levels up to date
Providing weekly updates to our 3PL of wholesale order volumes going out to accounts and advising of any changes to the plan.
Managing any incoming order request from accounts to ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
Checking orders sent to the warehouse & match up commercial invoices ahead of sending
Keeping the wholesale pricing file up to date and when changes are made communicating this to the wider team.
Support weekly reporting of wholesale stock by sku working with the wholesale manager to increase/decrease stock where appropriate for the channel.
Keeping range plan up to date with wholesale order units
Maintaining catalogue changes & matching the order form
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FINISTERRE
A process driven individual with high attention to detail
Excel knowledge to at least an intermediate level.
Relevant aspiration and interest in being part of a multi-channel retail business
A strong commitment to learning about the
key skills, deliverables and challenges of Wholesale management and to delivering continuous improvement
Willingness to own and drive your personal development plan, and open to asking for and accepting feedback on performance
Knowledge of and adherence to all the company’s policies, procedures and BCorp certification standards
