You will join the EMEA Client Onboarding Management team who are responsible for project managing the end-to-end implementation of new JPM internal Fund launches and Life-Cycle events on the respective investment accounting platform(s). The team, work cross-functionally with Senior Representatives from Investment Desks, Product Development, Client Account Management, Compliance, Risk and Control functions as well as subject matter experts in Investment Operations, Technology and Third-Party vendors.    As an Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end implementation of internal JPM fund mandates. You will successfully collaborate across our global business to support Client and business growth to provide an exceptional Client experience. This opportunity will allow you to leverage your project management expertise, operational knowledge, strong Client service skills and analytical acumen.    Job Responsibilities  • Project managing new account onboardings for Internal JPM funds mandates including ETFs, SICAVS, OEIC’s, Global Unit Trusts. Additionally manage lifecycle events such as Mergers, Liquidations and Closures, In Species and Custody Changes.  • Act as the point of contact with and for working group stakeholders during the end-to-end onboarding timeline. At the point of new initiatives, you will be introduced as the onboarding specialist lead, and you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination and management until funding.  • Leading internal stakeholder meetings to ensure events are effectively scoped, managed and delivered within agreed timeframes providing an excellent level of Client service.  • Completing and maintaining event documentation, including onboarding checklists, account opening information, product specifications, project plans and any other related documents. Additionally, perform control checkpoints and authorization of Client mandates prior to launch.  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams to leverage expertise, products and service delivery. Lead on wider business support initiatives including New Business Initiatives (NBIA).  • Demonstrate strong communication skills through regular status reporting to key stakeholders and proactively identify risk and control issues to prevent and mitigate risks.  • Support the global client onboarding teams to develop best practice standards and consistency and Identify ways to improve processes/procedures to enhance the Client experience.    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  • Project Management Proficiency: Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation. • Inclusive Leadership: Demonstrated inclusive leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse groups and regions. • Alternatives, Derivatives and ETF Experience/knowledge is favoured.  • Team Player and Multitasker: Strong team player with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. • Interpersonal and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. • The ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues or concerns is important. This requires critical thinking and the ability to find creative solutions.  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with senior business stakeholders and Clients. Excellent time management skills.  • A solid level of financial product knowledge including Equity, Fixed Income, Currency, Derivatives and Funds Investment.  • The ability to adapt to different client personalities and changing situations is important in a dynamic work environment.  • Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and ability to use web-based technology effectively.  • Disciplined, self-motivated, and delivery-focused individual who can work independently where required. • Adaptive Problem Navigation: Skilfully navigate unexpected situations to achieve positive outcomes for both the firm and its clients. Use innovation and negotiation whenever required.   Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills    • Excellent time management skills. • Asset Management or relevant Investment Banking, Wealth Management experience.  • Ability to identify process improvements and implement appropriate changes using digital tooling e.g. Python, Tableau  • Team Player and Multitasker: Strong team player with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
