Job Description This role encompasses working any 5 of 7 days in a week, with regular weekend work. You will offer the highest standard of service, providing a positive and efficient customer experience by preparing and serving quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean work environment, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times. Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties. To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process. Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment. To ensure all labels and prices are correct. Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information. To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks. Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations. To attend all training and development course as requested. To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour, appearance and knowledge. To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
