razorblue role: We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass: Procurement Operations (30%) Manging the day-to-day ordering for projects, customer equipment and internal equipment Process requests and ensure proper authorisation in line with company policies Track orders and delivery timelines, resolving issues that arise Maintain procurement documentation and records for audit purposes Support on creating & updating procurement policies Lead on invoice queries Quote Preparation & Client Support (40%) Prepare accurate quotes for clients on equipment Research product options and pricing to meet client specifications Liaise with account managers to understand client requirements Engage directly with some customers to define requirements and produce quotations tailored to their business needs Ensure quotes align with procurement costs and company margin requirements Follow-up on outstanding quotes and track conversion rates Account Management Support (30%) Support Account Managers in delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively managing actions, issues and customer requests Own and coordinate customer escalations, ensuring issues are progressed effectively and stakeholders are regularly updated Work closely with Project Delivery and Service teams to help resolve project delays, delivery concerns and customer-impacting issues Track and follow up outstanding quotations, renewals and commercial opportunities, supporting the achievement of revenue targets Assist with the management of customer accounts by identifying risks, service concerns and growth opportunities and escalating them appropriately Produce regular reports on customer escalations, open actions, renewal pipelines and outstanding commercial opportunities to support management decision-making Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge spanning various technologies and being able to use these skills to troubleshoot and deliver five star solutions that keep our clients happy is a must! Qualifications Desirable: CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations or equivalent qualification Experience Must have previous experience in a procurement/purchasing team Being involved in the drafting and compliance of procurement policies beneficial Desirable: IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider would be beneficial Skills Strong business and commercial sense Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external) Self-motivated, achievement orientated, ability to use own initiative Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Ability to persuade, influence, motivate and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation Excellent organisation required Ability to work on your own or as part of a team Continuous learning and development are central to our culture, and we heavily invest in elevating our people, not just hiring those already at an expert level. razorblue gives: Working for an IT partner isn’t for the faint hearted, it requires drive, passion for technology, collaboration, and a drive to innovate.
