Station Cleaner - Paddington Station

Optime Group are excited to be recruiting for Station Cleaner to join one of our well-respected and successful clients at Paddington Station. This is a very enjoyable role with a great company providing fantastic working conditions and facilities. What’s on offer: Rate of Pay: £14.80 per hour. Shift Times: 3 days per week, 5 hours per day. Hours: 15 hours per week. Weekly Pay (every Friday). Full training provided. Temp to Perm (performance-based) ASAP Start! Key Duties: Clean and maintain station areas, including platforms, waiting areas, toilets, entrances and staff facilities. Empty bins, remove litter and ensure waste is disposed of correctly. Clean floors, surfaces, windows and other customer-facing areas to the required standard. Regularly check customer areas and respond quickly to spills or other cleaning requirements. Replenish cleaning and washroom supplies when required. Report any safety hazards, damage or maintenance issues promptly. Follow all health and safety, COSHH and cleaning procedures. Provide a helpful and professional presence when interacting with customers and colleagues. Requirements: Previous cleaning experience, although full training can be provided. A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A reliable and punctual approach to work. Good communication and customer service skills. The ability to work in a busy environment and manage competing priorities. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
