As a Junior Night Butler (Night In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress) you will support
the delivery of our renowned St. Regis Butler Service during the overnight
hours, ensuring every guest receives thoughtful, personalised attention
throughout their stay. Working closely with the Night Butler and wider
operational teams, you will assist with guest requests, in-room services and
overnight preparations, helping to create seamless and memorable experiences
while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Night Butler in delivering personalised and anticipatory service
throughout the overnight shift
• Assist with late arrivals and early departures, ensuring guests receive a
warm and professional experience
• Deliver amenities, refreshments and in-room requests promptly and efficiently
• Support the preparation and coordination of guest preferences, special
occasions and VIP requirements
• Assist with overnight room checks to ensure guest rooms meet the highest
standards and personalised preferences
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments
to fulfil guest requests seamlessly
• Maintain accurate guest preference records and communicate relevant
information during shift handovers
• Handle guest enquiries with confidence, professionalism and discretion,
escalating where appropriate
• Support the preparation of arrivals and guest arrangements for the following
day
• Ensure all service touchpoints reflect St. Regis brand standards and Butler
Service rituals
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times
• Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety standards and
security requirements
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift
Core Competencies
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual who is eager to
develop their career within luxury hospitality. You will be highly motivated,
detail-focused and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while
thriving in an overnight environment.
You should have:
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, guest services, food and beverage,
in-room dining or Butler environment preferred
• A genuine passion for personalised hospitality and guest engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service
• Ability to remain calm, professional and organised during overnight shifts
• High levels of discretion, integrity and respect for guest confidentiality
• Ability to adapt and respond efficiently to guest requests and operational
needs
• A collaborative approach, working closely with night and daytime teams
