We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Ledger Clerk to join our proactive and innovative team.
Responsibilities
Sales invoicing on PT3 (in-house system, oracle based), liaising with project teams where necessary to provide support and resolve queries.
Project control and maintenance on PT3.
Processing sales orders.
Initiating and issuing weekly data - WIP and Ops Margin reports.
General office duties (telephone queries, office cover) and any other duties that from time to time may be required.
Support/liaise with project teams.
Experience
Sales ledger experience required
Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to work as part of a small team
Sound organisational and communication skill
