The Role: Vehicle Preparation Assistant (A4C) Salary: £13.10 per hour + monthly bonus Location: Birtley Motorpoint Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 42.5 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required. As a Vehicle Preparation Assistant (A4C), you’ll play a key role in ensuring Motorpoint's part-exchange and 'Sell Your Car' vehicles are appraised and prepared to Auction4Cars’s high standards before they’re advertised on our auction platform to our trade customers. Most importantly you'll ensure accuracy, maintaining relationships with our trade customers. What will you be getting up to? Perform daily inspections for damage, verify vehicle specs and service history Assist with vehicle preparation for trade customer collection and display Photograph vehicles to company standards for marketing and records Conduct vehicle check-ins in all weather conditions Handle personal data in line with GDPR requirements Support vehicle movements on-site and off-site Liaise with drivers and transporters, resolving challenges professionally Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as required What do we need from you?
