Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with SEND? Whether you’re an experienced SEN professional, teacher, TA or tutor, your skills and experience could make a life-changing difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing 1:1 or 2:1 educational support to children and young people in their homes or specialist settings in the Somerset area.
Sessions run during the school day (term time only) and typically last 3 to 5 hours.
Working flexibly as part of a compassionate, expert-led team that values you, your skills and creative input.
Engaging learners with Special Educational Needs or Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.
Delivering creative sessions tailored to each learner’s needs and interests.
Supporting young people with additional needs
Helping learners build confidence and achieve meaningful outcomes at their own pace.
Who We’re Looking For
Teachers, tutors, teaching assistants, SEN specialists and other education professionals.
Those with Primary, Secondary, Post-16 or specialist SEND experience
Professionals with experience or interest in working with students with autism, communication needs, and learning difficulties.
Candidates with a minimum of 2 consistent weekdays of availability.
Professionals with up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

£25–£36 per hour, depending on experience
