We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives to join our brand new warehouse facility in Hook, Hampshire The focus of the role is to assist the Warehouse Manager and Team Leaders with the day to day running of the warehouse, to ensure the safe storage, inventory, pick & packing and delivery deadlines are met, and the warehouse is a safe environment to work in. Working hours are Monday • Friday 40 hours per week. Key accountabilities include: Assist in planning coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods. Sign for goods received into the warehouse, update stock system, advise Campaign Managers of the delivery. Check and inspect goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality. Produce a work plan each day and prioritise tasks. Liaise with Campaign Managers, Field Support Managers, Suppliers and Transport Companies. Contact courier companies to coordinate the dispatch and delivery of goods Load and unload goods from company and third-party vehicles. Organise elements to pick & pack, accurately update stock system. Operate company vehicles when necessary. Produce delivery notes / consignment labels using third party portals. Support a clean, safe warehouse working environment for all staff to work in, remove hazardous products from site in line with safety regulations.
