At Kiddie Capers Childcare Fishersgate, we provide a stimulating and enabling environment for children aged 0-5 years old, located near the Eastbrook Manor Community Centre and Shark Park. Our nursery offers a unique outdoor space, including a surrounding field and park, where children can explore and relate their experiences to their everyday life. They can observe export and shipping boats and the power station, while enjoying the fresh air and surroundings. We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our team and lead this new setting. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our team to provide exceptional care and Early Years education for young children. You will oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s development. Your leadership will help shape the Nursery’s ethos, maintain high standards, and foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
