Job Description As the styling assistant you will work closely with the studio styling team on producing our model imagery. You will be responsible for contributing to the efficiency and organisation of each shoot day as well as collaborating with the stylists on prep days and sample co ordinating. What you will do: Deliver High-Quality E-Commerce Model Imagery: Collaborate with Styling, Buying, Design and freelance teams, providing product and fit information and supporting editorial and still-life shoots when required. Maintain Pace & Efficiency On Set: Support the shoot team to achieve the daily KPI of 25 new products, keeping sets organised, managing running orders, steaming, and securing correct tags/product codes. Apply Strong Product & Collection Knowledge: Use product information to ensure accurate styling, assist stylists, and support both still life and editorial styling when needed. Coordinate Samples & Post-Shoot Organisation: Work closely with the samples team on shoot rails, wardrobe editing, sample returns, managing rollovers, and entering necessary metadata after shoots. Support Workflow Development & Daily Operations: Contribute to improving shoot workflows, ensuring each day runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with studio styling processes. Qualifications Strong fashion & styling knowledge – genuine interest in fashion, design, styling and the COS aesthetic, with an understanding of garment presentation and fit. Highly organised & efficient – able to manage samples, rails, running orders andmultiple tasks while working to tight deadlines and daily shoot targets. Collaborative & professional – confident working with stylists, photographers, Buying, Design, samples teams and external creatives in a positive and respectful way. Proactive & motivated – enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn, take responsibility and adapt quickly in a fast-paced studio environment. Adaptable & Curious: You should be able to adjust to changing priorities, learns new tools and processes quickly and show curiosity and self-development Additional Information This is a full time permanent contract based at our Studio in London.
