Maintaining project programmes, registers, reports and completion documentation to support project delivery. You will be planning, scheduling and monitoring remedial works with competent subcontractors while minimising disruption to customers. Managing subcontractor requirements, servicing activities, equipment, materials and associated compliance records. Reviewing quotations and supporting procurement activities before escalating recommendations to management. Attending site meetings and coordinating updates, certificates and fire stopping activities across multiple projects. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: You will hold a recognised Office Administration qualification and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Experience: You will have demonstrable experience providing administrative and coordination support within a busy and constantly evolving environment. Skills: You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, work collaboratively and deliver a right first time approach.
