Working within the Children and Young People Directorates as a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making across Children's Services. Using Power BI, SQL and other analytical tools, you will develop dashboards, automate reporting processes, and support statutory and performance reporting. You will play a key role in helping services understand performance, identify trends and improve outcomes for residents.. What’s in it for you? You will be confident working with large datasets, creating engaging dashboards and communicating findings to a wide range of audiences. Location The job is primarily based in Laurence House, but we operate a hybrid approach where you may be able to work from home, subject to the needs of the business.
