You'll prepare and present nutritious, high-quality meals whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen and deputise when required. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): • Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for patients, staff and visitors • Supporting the delivery of specialist dietary requirements and nutritional needs • Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and service • Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures • Assisting with stock control, deliveries and kitchen administration • Supporting catering for meetings and special events • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital Who are we looking for? We're keen to hear from chefs who are passionate about producing high-quality food and delivering excellent customer service.
