We’re excited to be growing our team of Van Drivers since winning a new National contract. This is a full time, employed role with us, driving a Speedy Freight van mainly covering a dedicated customer. It is an opportunity to help us deliver an exceptional, dedicated service, across the UK • Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings dependant on customer requirements. What you'll do As a Van Driver at Speedy Freight, you’ll be responsible for: Collecting and delivering goods safely and efficiently, nationwide Handling time-sensitive shipments for commercial clients Loading and unloading goods responsibly Representing Speedy Freight professionally at all times Maintaining accurate records and following company procedures Van, Uniform and PPE will be provided. What you'll need To succeed in this role, you must: Be 25 years or older Hold a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 2 years Have no drink or drug driving endorsements Have no more than 6 points on your licence Be reliable, patient, and hardworking Enjoy driving and delivering excellent customer service Be happy to work occasional weekends Live close by to driver site in Glossop Why join us... £12.80 per hour with fortnightly pay Company pension Cycle-to-work scheme Health & wellbeing programme On-site parking Full training, uniform, and PPE provided Opportunity to grow with a national logistics leader
