About the Role We are looking to recruit two full-time business support staff to support a centrally based team until 31st March 20 27. Whilst the team you will predominantly support has a base at county hall, there is an expectation in this role that you can work at anyone of our 21 Family Hubs around the county to support our front of house functions as and when required. If you are skilled at providing a wide range of admin and clerical support to a fast-paced service and enjoy meeting families then this may be the role for you.  An enhanced with barred list DBS check is required for this post. About You To apply for this post, you must respond to and evidence the following 7 essential criteria within your personal statement. This should be no more than 1,000 words. • Have a minimum NVQ 2 or equivalent in literacy and numeracy or relevant equivalent experience • Demonstrate experience of your skills in administration, including reception, message taking and relaying and maintaining record systems.  • Evidence proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Access, Excel, Outlook ). • Have the ability to work with a range of professionals and practitioners as part of a team. • Have experience and ability to engage and communicate with parents, young people and children. • Have knowledge of social media and effective ways of communication. • Ability to travel to service points within Leicestershire County Council in a cost-efficient way.
