using internal tooling and systems.
• Partner with Technology and Chief Data & Analytics Office teams to deliver
solutions in production that meet resilience, controls, and risk standards.
• Own end-to-end architecture and development for assigned use cases, including
data, retrieval, prompting, orchestration, evaluation, deployment, and
iteration.

acquisitions advisory, treasury services, payments operations, or another
core Banking or Payments domain.
• Knowledge of financial services with exposure to Payments and or Banking
workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,
or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with non-technical business stakeholders
to scope, build, and ship technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience writing and shipping production Python in an enterprise,
high-bar engineering environment.
• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying large language
model applications, including prompt engineering, evaluation,
retrieval-augmented generation, and agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with modern generative AI components such as large language model
APIs, vector stores, embeddings, tool and function calling, multi-step agent
design, and model evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
communicate credibly with senior management, business users, and engineering
partners.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Experience building reusable assets such as prompt libraries, skills, or
shared components to support consistent adoption at scale.
