Salary range:  Grade 12 £51,738 £53,919p.a. plus fantastic benefits Contract: Permanent  Hours of work: 36 hours per week Location: Croydon   Following an organisational restructure in Adult Social Care Mental Health Service, the opportunity to step into the role of a Business and Administration Manager, Adult Social Care Mental Health Service has become available.  Working alongside managers, partner agencies and other local authority departments including our Finance Team and leading the Adult Social Care Mental Health Business Support Service, the position offers excellent opportunities and challenges to advance your career.  The post holder will have responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring of expenditure against the DASHH Adult Mental Health Social Care Budget. This includes a role in the management of and reporting on this budget which covers expenditure on care packages, staff, running expenses and building costs; supports decision making at performance and quality assurance panels as well as co-ordinates the provision of accurate performance data so that the Council can meet its key performance targets. This requires working collaboratively with the NHS, ICB, SLP and Council Managers to deliver these targets.  The council has a strong commitment to achieving equality of opportunity in its services to the community and in the employment of people.
