Operating under the direction of the Vice President, Group Sales – Europe, the Account Manager ensures the efficient, accurate, and high‑quality delivery of services to clients and member hotels, supporting the successful execution of regional and international group sales initiatives.   Success in this role comes from Group sales requests, leads, and communications are handled accurately, promptly, and in line with established processes, resulting in strong client satisfaction and effective support for Sales Directors and member hotels. Sales operations run smoothly behind the scenes, with reliable follow‑through, well‑maintained systems and records, and strong collaboration across stakeholders contributing to successful regional and international group sales outcomes.                                                                                                 What you’ll deliver:  • Provide comprehensive sales support Sales Directors across international markets in EMEIA. International market coverage may evolve based on business volumes and regional priorities, under the guidance of the Vice President, Group Sales – Europe.  • Maintain accurate sales tracking, sales account management and database records through effective use of all PTG sales tools and systems including CRM, https://meetings.preferredhotels.com [https://meetings.preferredhotels.com] , and brand member portals.   • Assist in monitoring the Group Desk Inbox and provide minimal support to Group Sales Directors in Europe as needed  • Ensure detailed and professional response to all client/member hotel group sales requests.  • Distribute group leads to member hotels and manage group lead profiles in accordance with established SOPs.
